Brand Rollout
Your new brand is ready. Let’s get it out there.
The brand is signed off. The files are in a folder. You love it. And then the day job takes over, and the new brand sits there waiting.
Rollout is where I stay on and help you launch it properly. Website, socials, print, your team. All of it, in the right order, without the pressure landing on you.
A brand only works once it’s out in the world
This is the bit nobody talks about. Most branding projects end with a handover.
A logo pack, some guidelines, a nice thank you email. Then you’re on your own.
So the old logo hangs around on the van. The website gets updated in bits. Half the team are still using last year’s templates. Six months on, you’ve got two brands running side by side, and drift has set in before you’ve even started.
That’s not a failure on your part. You’ve got a business to run. Rollout means someone who knows the brand inside out is there to see it through.
Who it’s for
Businesses that have just finished a Kickstart or Revamp and want the launch done properly. Sound familiar?
“We’ve got the new brand, we just don’t have time to roll it out.”
“I don’t know what to change first.”
“I’m worried the team won’t use it properly.”
“We want to make a proper splash, not just quietly swap the logo.”
Rollout is mostly for brands we’ve built together. If someone else made yours, get in touch anyway. If the foundations are solid, I’m happy to talk.
What I take off your plate
Plan the launch
What changes first, what can wait, and how you tell people. A clear rollout map, so nothing gets forgotten and nothing goes out half finished.
Roll it out
Website, socials, email signatures, templates, print, signage, the van. I make the changes or manage the people who do, so it all lands looking like one brand.
Bring your team with you
A brand only sticks if your people use it. I walk your team through the why, the rules and the templates, so they feel confident from day one.
How it works
1
Map it. We list every place your brand shows up and agree the order. Quick wins first, big pieces planned.
2
Launch it. We plan how you tell the world. Your customers, your network, your team. A proper moment, not a quiet logo swap.
3
Roll it out. I work through the map with you, making changes and keeping suppliers on track.
4
Check in. A few weeks after launch, we look at what’s landed and catch any drift early.

Where it fits
1
Audit. See what you’ve got. Keep it, fix it, tip it.
2
Kickstart or Revamp. Build the brand, strategy first.
3
Rollout. Launch it and make it stick.
You don’t have to do all three. But each one makes the next one easier.
FAQs
Can’t I just roll it out myself?
You can, and the guidelines will help. But most businesses run out of time halfway through, and that’s when two brands end up running side by side. Rollout gets it finished.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 3 months. It depends on the size of your business and how many places your brand needs to land.
Will you roll out a brand someone else designed?
Usually I roll out brands I’ve built, because I know them inside out. But it’s not a hard no. If the foundations are solid, let’s talk.
Do you build websites?
I update and reskin what you’ve got, and I’ll manage a web developer if you need a bigger rebuild. A full build isn’t part of Rollout.
Do I have to book it straight away?
No. But the sooner the better. A new brand has the most energy behind it the day it’s signed off.
How involved do I need to be?
You sign off the plan and the big decisions. I keep the rest moving and keep you posted.
Is this the same as a retainer?
No. It has a clear start and a clear finish. Once your brand is live, you’re done.
